    At the heart of what we do is making movement accessible for mums — which is why we have a purpose-built crèche onsite. You deserve space to move, breathe, and prioritise your health, knowing your little ones are safe and cared for just steps away.

  • MOVE is for all women — from young women building confidence, to mothers rebuilding postpartum, to women prioritising strength, longevity, and bone health in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

  • Because women are not small men — and deserve female-specific support. Women navigate hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and high-stress seasons of life, yet most gyms are built around high-intensity, one-size-fits-all exercise.

    MOVE is a space designed by women, for women. This allows us to focus on the unique fitness needs, goals, and challenges women face.

    I’ve seen how life-changing it is for women to be part of a supportive female community and MOVE is built to provide that safe, empowering, and supportive space for women.

  • Absolutely not. MOVE is built for real women — and that means you’ll find a variety of fitness levels in every class.

    Our programming is very different to most gyms: every class comes with a scalable option which means every session is fully adaptable.This means everyone can progress at their own pace in the same environment and feel confident doing so.

    Chances are, the “fit” person you see started from scratch too — and she’ll be the one cheering you on from the sidelines.

  • Founding memberships will be released very soon — but they’ll be limited.

    These memberships are designed for our very first community of women who want to be part of MOVE from the beginning.

    We wish there was endless space but our founding memberships will be capped to ensure classes are kept at a safe and comfortable level.

    Going off the size of our current waitlist - you’ll want to make sure your on the list so you’re the first to have access when we release them!

  • We offer a range of flexible membership options to suit different lifestyles and seasons of life.

    There will be options for unlimited class access and open gym access, as well as limited weekly memberships for those wanting a little more flexibility.

    We also offer casual class passes for women who prefer a pay-as-you-go option or simply want to start with one or two sessions a week.

    Full details will be released closer to launch — but whatever your schedule looks like, there will be an option to suit you.

  • We offer a range of group fitness classes — With strength at the foundation of what we do, we also offer functional fitness that translates into every day life. Our specialty classes include boxing, mat pilates, and postnatal rehab, giving you a variety of options to suit your goals and stage of life.

    Open Gym is also included in our Unlimited Membership, so you can come in outside of class times to complete the workout of the day, follow your own personalised session or have a private session with one of our personal trainers.

  • Yes! We have a purpose-built crèche so that mothers can enjoy a workout or sauna session while knowing their little ones are safe, cared for, and just steps away.

    Our crèche is designed to make movement accessible for mums and it’s the heartbeat of the gym.

    You can also bring babies in the pram if you would prefer to keep them with you. We love kiddies and will always go over and above to do what we can to help make motherhood easier for you.

  • You can attend all of our sessions, providing it is safe to do so. Our programming is designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels, including during pregnancy. Our trainers are all fully qualified personal trainers with additional training in pre & postnatal exercise.

    After birth, mums can join our postnatal REBUILD program, which focuses on safely rebuilding pelvic floor and core strength while regaining overall fitness before jumping back into group fitness classes.

  • Yes, we have an in-house nutritionist who will be your go-to for all things nutrition for women.
